Ingredients
- 1 cup of champagne
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of blackberries
- 3 tablespoons of water
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
Instructions
- Wash blackberries and set aside 4 blackberries for garnish
- Make Blackberry puree:
- To blender cup add:
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons of water
- Puree until blended
- Make Blackberry Mimosas:
- To each champagne glass add:
- 2 tablespoons of blackberry puree
- fill glass halfway with orange juice
- top with champagne
- Add a blackberry cut half way through to each glass as garnish

Notes
- If you have read the other recipes you may note I have an extra tablespoon of water on this recipe. That’s intentional as the blackberries are a bit more pulpy than the other berries and needs thinned out a bit. If you use frozen berries, omit the extra tablespoon of water.
