Ingredients
- 1 cup of champagne
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of water
- extra blueberries and lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Wash blueberries and set aside 4 blueberries for garnish
- wash a lemon and cut in half
- juice half the lemon
- cut 4 wedges out of the other half for garnish
- Make Lemon Blueberry puree:
- Add to blender cup:
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon of water
- Puree until blended
- Make Lemon Blueberry Mimosas:
- to each champagne glass add:
- 2 tablespoons of lemon blueberry puree
- fill glass half way with orange juice
- top with champagne
- add a slice of lemon and a blueberry cut half way through for garnish
- to each champagne glass add:
