Ingredients

  • 2 cups of jasmine rice
  • 3 cups of water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Boil water and salt in pot over high heat
  2. Rinse rice in colander and then add to boiling water
  3. Give a quick stir, reduce heat to low
  4. Cover and cook for 15 to 18 minutes or until rice is tender
