Ingredients
4 steaks (we used filet mignon)
Marinade:
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/3 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon honey
Instructions
- Mix marinade ingredients
- Cover steaks in marinade and refrigerate for 4-5 hours
- Cook steaks until internal temperature reaches 120 degrees for rare, 130 degrees for medium rare, 135 degrees for medium well, or 145 degrees for well done
- We used our smoker, getting fire box going with hickory and oak at 350 degrees and then grilled offset 20 minutes until done.
