Quick and easy pico de gallo. Perfect topping for tacos, great for an appetizer or dip. Back off the lime, pulse it in a food processor and you have salsa!

Ingredients
- 1.5 cups of diced tomatoes (i prefer roma)
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 tablespoons minced jalapeno
- 2 tablespoons of lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt, or to taste
Instructions
- add all ingredients to a bowl
- sprinkle with salt, stir and taste
- add more salt if needed and enjoy!
